Refund policy
Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, opened or used items are not eligible for return unless defective. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging unless confirmed defective.
Defective Products
A product will be considered defective if it has:
- A leaking bottle
- A faulty spray mechanism
- Cracked or damaged glass

Incorrect item delivered
Returns based on scent preference are not accepted unless verified as a factory fault.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted only in cases of confirmed defects.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
